License for Free Products (GPL-3.0)

All free Just Good UI themes, templates, and UI Kits are distributed with a GPL-3.0 license.

Anyone can copy, modify and distribute themes, templates, and UI Kits.
You have to include the license and copyright notice with each and every distribution.
You can use themes, templates, and UI Kits privately.
You can use themes, templates, and UI Kits for commercial purposes.
If you build your business solely from themes, templates, and UI Kits code, you risk open sourcing the whole code base.
If you modify it, you have to indicate changes made to the code.
Any modifications of this code base MUST be distributed with the same license, GPLv3.
themes, templates, and UI Kits is provided without warranty.
The themes, templates, and UI Kits author or license can not be held liable for any damages inflicted by the themes, templates, and UI Kits.

License For Paid Products

Just Good UI grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use the Items with Personal or Team License.

Feel free to use Just Good UI themes, templates, and UI kits for any number of projects, be it a personal website, a SaaS application, or a client website. However, refrain from using them to create products that directly compete with Just Good UI, such as other themes, templates, UI kits, or page builders.

Personal License

The Personal License enables the individual use of purchased Items (themes, templates, UI kits), excluding their use as part of any organization (company, business, non-profit, etc). Additionally, Personal Use encompasses the use of purchased Items for Commercial Work, company projects, businesses, etc., provided that the user is not employed by such entities. Commercial Work is defined as any work not performed for Personal Use and includes Contracted Work and Client Work.

Team License

The Team License grants permission for up to 25 Employees and Contractors of the Licensee to access and use the Items.

Rules attached to Personal and Team licenses

Things you can do:

Use the Items to create unlimited End Products for your personal and commercial projects.
Modify the download files to create derivative download files. Those download files are subject to this license.
Use the Items to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.

Things you can’t do:

Use the Items to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their End Products using the Items or derivatives of the Items.
Host, resell, or re-distribute the Items or derivatives of the Items.
Use the Items to create End Products that are the property of any individual or entity other than the Licensee or Clients of the Licensee.
Use the Items (themes, templates, UI kits) for training AI models.
Use the Items to produce anything that may be deemed by Just Good UI, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with the business of Just Good UI.

Other license terms

You are not required to attribute or link to Just Good UI in any of your projects.

All the rights for photographs and illustrations used in Items are reserved by their legal owners and are presented in the Items for demonstrating purposes only.

Just Good UI will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

Definitions

Items - the Themes, Templates, UI Kits, Components, Bundles, and other products sold by Just Good UI.
Licensee - the person or entity that purchased the themes.
Client - a person or entity for whom the Licensee is creating an End Product.
SaaS - Software as a Service.

Changes

Just Good UI has the right to modify or replace this License at any time, at its sole discretion. If a revision is significant, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect to existing customers.
